Description:

The company is seeking an experienced data analyst to support the Product team in addressing significant analytics challenges.
This role focuses on improving customer experience, growing recurring revenue, and enhancing product experience through increased feature usage.
Responsibilities include developing insights to drive revenue and product teams, defining data language for KPIs and dashboards, facilitating rapid decision-making, designing A/B experiments, and mentoring other analysts.
The position requires working autonomously and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to leverage data analysis for recommendations.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in revenue, retention, and customer life cycle analytics, preferably in a B2B environment.
A BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering, or in behavioral science with statistical skills is required.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to convey results effectively and drive change.
Candidates should demonstrate autonomy, ownership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
