Jobgether is seeking a Data Analyst in Canada to join a fast-paced team focused on transforming a traditional industry through innovation and data.
The Data Analyst will work cross-functionally with product and revenue teams to enhance customer experience, increase recurring revenue, and support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights, defining key performance indicators, building dashboards, and establishing measurement frameworks.
The role involves enabling fast decision-making through ad hoc analysis and user-friendly self-service tools.
The Data Analyst will design and evaluate A/B experiments to inform product decisions and feature development.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams as a strategic thought partner is essential.
The position also includes mentoring junior analysts and contributing to a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably with a focus on revenue, retention, or lifecycle in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, along with strong analytical and statistical skills.
A BA/BS in a quantitative field (math, stats, engineering) or behavioral sciences with statistical expertise is necessary.
The ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive change is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently and owning projects from start to finish.
Strong communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, are required.
Bonus qualifications include experience with Looker, Hex, DBT, and familiarity with companies like Shopify, Uber, or Instacart.
