Description:

  • The Data Analyst, Client Analytics will be responsible for managing client reporting capabilities within CRA by transforming product performance data from various sources into analytical stories that are easily understandable for clients.
  • This role involves working cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and product owners to create compelling narratives that demonstrate how CRA's products and services align with client needs.
  • The position is client-facing and requires a strong background in marketing analytics, with the ability to explain marketing metrics directly to marketers.
  • Key responsibilities include developing strategies for data collection, meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements for client reporting, and leveraging data warehouses to create real-time reporting dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • The analyst will manage, interpret, and share recurring performance results from multiple channels, provide actionable ad-hoc reports and analysis, and deliver insights to help stakeholders make informed decisions based on data.
  • Additional tasks include performing data mining and statistical analysis to generate insights that inform data-driven content and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data management.
  • Strong analytical experience in digital marketing and event analytics is essential.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical competencies, including the ability to formulate analytical problems, QC data and results, summarize key findings, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Candidates must have excellent presentation skills and be comfortable using data to identify new opportunities or best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective listening abilities, are required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and personal integrity are essential.
  • Technical skills required include proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel, Visio), Google Docs, and Dropbox, as well as familiarity with CMS software.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, HUM (or similar CDP), Google Analytics, and Marketo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning (Python or R), and predictive analytics is also advantageous.

Benefits:

  • The compensation range for this role in New York City is estimated to be between $85,000 and $90,000, not including additional compensation benefits.
