Description:
Softrams is seeking a Data Analyst with experience in digital analytics, web analytics, and user experience.
The role involves analyzing and optimizing digital customer journeys to improve public web user experience on federal government sites.
The selected candidate will work with a project team in support of a federal client in the Baltimore-Washington metro area.
The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
Candidates must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, public health, economics, or a related quantitative field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in data analysis, software/application development, business system analysis, or program integrity investigations.
Knowledge and experience in healthcare, especially Medicare and Medicaid, is necessary.
Advanced proficiency with analytical software including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Python, and/or R is required to manipulate and analyze data and build analytical models.
In-depth knowledge of statistics and algorithms used in predictive modeling, machine learning, and text analytics is essential.
Experience with data engineering using SQL queries, Spark, and/or Python to extract and transform large volumes of data is required.
Candidates should have experience using cloud-based services and resources such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a related quantitative field and knowledge of working in a team-based agile work environment.
