As a Data Analyst / Data Scientist, you will help teams make data-driven decisions by uncovering actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.

Key responsibilities include performing exploratory data analysis, building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, writing SQL queries, using Python for data workflows, collaborating with teams, interpreting data, and staying updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience in a data analyst or data scientist role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis is essential.
Experience in building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar tools like Power BI or Looker is required.
A solid understanding of statistical methods and the ability to apply them to real-world business problems is necessary.
Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
Nice to have: Exposure to machine learning techniques and libraries, experience with cloud-based data platforms, and familiarity with version control and workflow automation tools.

The salary range for this position is Rs 300000 - Rs 1200000 (INR 3-12 LPA).
The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
