Description:

BizAway is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Data Analyst to contribute to the growth and success of the Product Team.
The Data Analyst will manage and improve the current reporting system, supporting internal needs for data visualization through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make data understandable.
The role involves learning all aspects of the travel industry from Finance, Products, Sales, and Service/Operations perspectives, translating data into actionable insights resulting in verifiable reporting.
The Data Analyst will engage with Business and Strategy stakeholders to help define KPIs, including how data will be captured, shared, and leveraged across departments.
The position contributes to creating the foundational elements of a comprehensive source of truth through data modeling actions.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with BI Data Visualization tools, with a preference for Qlik.
Experience in data analysis, presentation, and visualization is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for this role.
The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
Confidence in English, with a written and spoken level of B2, is required.
Experience with ETL tools such as AWS Glue, Airflow, or Talend is also of interest.
An understanding of machine learning concepts and knowledge of programming languages such as Python are desirable.
