Remote Data Analyst

Description:

• The Data Analyst position at Stio involves enhancing the company's decision-making process by leveraging data across various functional areas.
• The role includes building foundational data infrastructure, analyzing business performance, and guiding business strategy.
• The Data Analyst will work closely with teams from finance, operations, marketing, and product development to shape data into useful forms and tie analysis to action.
• Responsibilities include seasonal reporting, creating business intelligence dashboards, assisting in data infrastructure maintenance, conducting ad hoc analysis, automating reporting tasks, and improving data governance.
• Continuous learning to improve technical best practices is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst or similar role is required.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with at least one BI tool, and intermediate SQL skills are necessary.
• Ability to create presentations and effectively communicate analysis findings to leadership is essential.

• The base salary range for the Data Analyst role is $62,000-$80,000.
