Description:

  • We are seeking a Data Analyst B2C Marketing who is passionate about transforming complex data sets into actionable insights that drive product improvements and business decisions.
  • This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to significantly impact the operational success of our online platform.
  • Responsibilities include tracking ad performance using advanced analytical tools, analyzing click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS to improve ad strategies and budget allocation.
  • The analyst will develop predictive models and forecasting tools using SQL and Python to estimate future revenues based on historical data, customer lifetime value, and market conditions.
  • The role involves creating comprehensive reports in Power BI and Excel to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • The analyst will develop and refine advanced attribution models to distribute ad spend credit among various touchpoints in a user's journey.
  • Responsibilities also include designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards for real-time insights into advertising spend, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is essential to refine targeting strategies and optimize ad placements using data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the online industry, specifically working with tracking data and demonstrating exceptional SQL skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is required, along with expertise in Power BI for creating detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Facebook Insights is necessary for gathering and interpreting relevant data.
  • Exceptional analytical skills are required, with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Solid experience in managing and analyzing online ad campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising is essential.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments to enhance ad effectiveness is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python is highly beneficial for automating data processes and enhancing analytical capabilities.
