Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive strategic decisions and improve operations.
You will be responsible for data management, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support business goals.
Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and complete finance, sales, and other data are collected.
You will design monthly dashboards and reports using Power BI & HubSpot, as well as handle Ad Hoc requests.
You will work with business partners to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
Cleaning and organizing historical data will be part of your duties.
You will also define new data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements:

You must have 2 - 3 years of experience in data mining, as a data analyst, BI analyst, or in a similar role.
A preference for 2 - 3 years of experience in ETL/ELT and visualization is required.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, and Power BI (Tableau) are necessary.
Knowledge of data management, data governance, dimensional modeling, data manipulation, data documentation, TSQL, or Python is preferred.
Experience in advanced analysis is required.
You should have knowledge of data science.
The ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision is essential.
You must be willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST), which corresponds to the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
You need to have your own laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
