Description:

  • The Data Analyst position is fully remote and is a full-time role.

  • The analyst will conduct A/B testing and analyze marketing performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and product launches.

  • Staying updated with industry trends in data science, machine learning, and analytics is essential to refine data strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, DTC, or retail analytics is required, with a strong understanding of online shopping metrics.
  • Expert SQL skills are necessary for running complex queries and managing databases.
  • Proficiency in Python is required for data automation and advanced analysis.
  • Mastery in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is essential.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify is required.
  • Strong statistical modeling and forecasting skills are necessary, including experience with regression analysis, clustering, and predictive modeling.
  • A problem-solving mindset is essential, viewing messy datasets as opportunities.
  • A passion for fashion and understanding consumer behavior is crucial for this role.
