The Data Analyst position is a full-time remote role based in Japan.

The Tailor Platform is a headless ERP system designed for enterprises, enabling rapid construction of business systems.
The role involves designing and building BI tools and data warehouses, as well as analyzing data to solve client business challenges and support decision-making.
Specific job responsibilities include hearing business challenges, proposing solutions through data analysis, designing and developing dashboards using BI tools, and maintaining data quality.
The development environment includes middleware such as PostgreSQL and CloudRun, monitoring tools like Datadog, and data analysis tools such as Looker and PowerBI.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in data analysis and the use of BI tools.
Practical experience in data extraction and processing using SQL is required.
Experience in designing and building databases and data warehouses is necessary.
The ability to understand business challenges and propose solutions through data analysis is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in data analysis using Python or R, building data infrastructure in cloud environments, and knowledge of machine learning or statistical analysis.
Candidates should possess a strong intellectual curiosity, a sense of ownership, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.

The salary range for this position is between 8,000,000 to 15,000,000 JPY, determined by the size of the role and its outcomes.
