Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent.
The company is seeking a dedicated and accurate Data Analyst / Data Entry Specialist to join their remote team.
This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of operational and clinical data systems.
The role involves generating insights for decision-making and supporting reporting processes across departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include entering, validating, and maintaining data in various systems including spreadsheets, databases, EMR/CRM tools, and internal dashboards.
The Data Analyst will perform routine data quality checks and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies for resolution.
The role also involves assisting in building and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
Collaboration with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver ad hoc reports is essential.
The individual must ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
Continuous suggestions for process improvements and automation opportunities related to data handling and reporting are expected.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Business, Health Information, Computer Science) is preferred.
The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or data entry, preferably in a healthcare or service-focused environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, is required.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
The candidate should be comfortable using and navigating CRMs, EMRs, or scheduling platforms.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
The individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
The candidate must be willing to work from 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM EST.
