Description:

  • The company is seeking a dedicated and accurate Data Analyst / Data Entry Specialist to join their remote team.
  • This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of operational and clinical data systems.
  • The role involves generating insights for decision-making and supporting reporting processes across departments.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities include entering, validating, and maintaining data in various systems including spreadsheets, databases, EMR/CRM tools, and internal dashboards.
  • The Data Analyst will perform routine data quality checks and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies for resolution.
  • The role also involves assisting in building and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
  • Collaboration with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver ad hoc reports is essential.
  • The individual must ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Continuous suggestions for process improvements and automation opportunities related to data handling and reporting are expected.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Business, Health Information, Computer Science) is preferred.
  • The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or data entry, preferably in a healthcare or service-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, is required.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • The candidate should be comfortable using and navigating CRMs, EMRs, or scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • The individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • The candidate must be willing to work from 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM EST.
