The Data Analyst will join the Data & Analytics team within the Growth organization, focusing on delivering insights that influence product and marketing roadmaps.
Responsibilities include analyzing marketing and ecommerce data, designing experiments, creating dashboards, building statistical models, managing data warehouses, and improving marketing attribution modeling.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer, or a similar technical role is required.
A B.S. degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field is preferred.
Expert-level knowledge of SQL is necessary, and experience with Python or R is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of end-to-end data infrastructure, including data pipeline tools and data warehousing best practices, is required.
Expert knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel is essential.
A data-driven approach to performance marketing and experience with large data sets for strategic decision-making is needed.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
The candidate must be an independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with a high level of responsibility.
