Description:
The ideal candidate will understand the lifecycle of data from ingestion to fulfillment and be a lifelong learner and team player.
The candidate should be familiar with regulatory requirements and have managed data in the marketing or FinTech industry.
Responsibilities include managing the data purchased by Experian, ensuring its receipt, performance per contract, and adherence to Experian security and compliance policies.
The role involves examining quality reports regarding the integration of acquired data into Experian's ConsumerView compilation database, ensuring quality and quantitative measures are met, and researching when they are not.
The candidate will report on the extraction of data from ConsumerView that is used to create several Experian products.
It is essential to ensure data is loaded to the fulfillment systems and track its receipt by other Experian verticals.
Main responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing acquired data to ensure compliance with technical specifications, legal requirements, and company standards as defined in the contract.
The candidate will schedule and monitor automated data conversion and electronic data transmissions.
Moving data among multiple platforms for research is required.
The role includes validating the quality of data loaded to several Targeting fulfillment systems.
The candidate must ensure that source data is received according to the contracted schedule and review exceptions to automated quality control processes.
Supporting the import and export of data files from supported platforms is necessary.
The candidate will work with the team to troubleshoot data problems and perform Data Quality checks.
Collaboration with data suppliers and internal business partners in multiple departments to coordinate problem resolution for data errors is expected.
The role requires utilizing Alteryx and Oracle to evaluate data and analyze data processing reports.
The candidate will work with department staff to ensure data retention and ensure documentation exists for sources and procedures they are responsible for.
Helping to research data problems and implementing fixes and ongoing prevention controls is part of the job.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of data management experience is required.
Experience with US-based data, including address, name, and other attributes, is necessary.
Proficiency in using JIRA and Excel, with the ability to perform complex functions, is required.
Knowledge of Oracle, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, and ETL is essential.
Experience in AdTech or Marketing Services is preferred.
