Description:

LivePerson is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Data Analyst with a strong background in sales, marketing, and revenue data analysis.
The position requires reporting to the Director of DMD and working in staggered shifts to provide at least 4 hours of overlap with the US EST time zone.
The role involves utilizing cutting-edge data visualization and AI techniques to uncover actionable insights for business users.
Responsibilities include solving challenging data problems, applying statistical analysis to forecast trends, and participating in all stages of the data lifecycle from requirement gathering to interpretation.
The successful candidate will be an expert in building dashboards/reports, proficient in complex data modeling and architecture, and capable of navigating intricate and disconnected data landscapes.
The position is part of the Data, Models, and Decisions (DMD) team, which focuses on operationalizing data across the organization to create competitive advantages and new revenue streams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to independently uncover insights and relationships across numerous datasets.
A minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing data and creating dashboards and reports, with PowerBI preferred.
At least 2 years of experience interpreting and writing advanced SQL is required.
Candidates should have 1 year of experience in Python and a good working knowledge of pandas and matplotlib.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field is necessary.
The ability to work closely with teammates in a highly collaborative environment while also being a self-starter with strong individual contributions is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
