Description:
Develop a deep understanding of Pinterest's ads products and roadmap to inform decisions and priorities.
Define critical KPIs and create core operating dashboards for teams to manage performance.
Act as the main contact for senior leadership to analyze metrics movements and trends.
Address strategic questions and business initiatives, collaborating with leaders to build investment business cases.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and ensure smooth execution with cross-functional partners.
Manage forecast models for key metrics driving forecasting, goal-setting, and strategic planning.
Update strategic priorities and goals with senior leaders regularly.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
1 year of experience in a related field.
Special skills in Data Visualization, SQL, A/B Testing, Python, Tableau, ReactJS, Machine Learning, OOP, and Optimization methodology.
Benefits:
Salary range: $190,000.00 - $234,665.00 per annum.
Telecommuting is permitted.
Eligible for equity.
