Description:
Jobgether is seeking a highly analytical and curious Data Analyst II to join a fast-growing Data Platform team in the United States.
This role focuses on supporting mission-driven work through the integration, analysis, and optimization of healthcare-related data.
The Data Analyst II will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility across systems.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare data pipelines, possess strong SQL skills, and enjoy solving complex operational and data challenges.
Key accountabilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and analyze data from diverse healthcare sources, translating business requirements into efficient SQL code, investigating and resolving identity resolution issues within member data pipelines, and using tools like BigQuery and dbt to manage and transform large datasets.
The role also involves analyzing data from managed care partners, EHRs, and internal platforms to answer stakeholder questions, maintaining and enhancing master data management workflows to improve data quality, and developing actionable recommendations for timely and accurate delivery of member data assets.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in data science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience working with patient healthcare data.
Advanced skills in writing modular SQL queries and working within shared Git repositories are necessary.
A strong understanding of data integration and healthcare data pipelines is essential.
Familiarity with identity resolution concepts and data matching algorithms is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Candidates should demonstrate deep curiosity and a tenacious problem-solving mindset.
