The Data Analyst position is crucial for Arcadia’s strategic expansion within the Life Sciences Division.
This role requires expertise in the life sciences sector, particularly in pharmaceutical use cases, and extensive experience in analyzing electronic medical record data, claims data, and lab data.
Responsibilities include conducting complex data analysis to uncover trends, drive strategic decisions, and support growth in partnerships.
The analyst will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships and Strategy team to evaluate and enhance current partnerships and develop new business opportunities.
Success in this role involves developing a strong understanding of Arcadia's data products, engaging in complex analytical tasks, and establishing oneself as an expert in the organization’s de-identified dataset.
The position requires the ability to create sophisticated queries, develop dashboards, and maintain data quality and integrity.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in data analysis with in-depth knowledge of the life sciences market and real-world data.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to derive insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
