Description:

The position is for a Data Analyst focused on the Looker migration project.
This is a full-time independent contractor role with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
The job is remote, allowing work from any location in LATAM.

The Data Analyst will lead the transition of the BI infrastructure from Tableau to Looker, ensuring smooth data integration and optimized reporting.
Responsibilities include overseeing the migration process, designing and maintaining Looker dashboards, collaborating on SQL data models, configuring the LookML layer, recreating Tableau reports in Looker, conducting testing and validation, providing user training and support, documenting the migration process, and staying updated on Looker best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a proven track record as a Data Analyst with a strong technical skillset.
A strong command of SQL is required, along with experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
Expertise in both Looker and Tableau is necessary, including hands-on experience in creating dashboards and reports.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of data governance practices and data management best practices is essential.
The ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.
