Description:

You will be the first Customer Success hire with a data focus, aiming to build data infrastructure that improves customer outcomes.
Your role involves extracting, cleaning, and structuring complex datasets from various sources to support onboarding, usage monitoring, and value delivery.
You will utilize Python and analytics tools to transform messy data into clear signals for smarter customer engagement and scalable success processes.
You will own the technical onboarding process, including data setup for new customers, extraction, ETL, and integration of formats like CSV, JSON, XML, and geodata.
You will build scalable data workflows using AI tools and Python to automate key processes.
You will bridge the gap between technical and customer needs by translating operational and IT requirements into smooth integrations with systems like SAP or GIS-systems.
You will communicate effectively to build trust across all levels by combining technical expertise with strong, empathetic communication.

Requirements:

You must have prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as consulting.
You should possess hands-on experience with data conversion, ETL pipelines, and strong Excel skills.
Solid Python scripting skills for automation and data transformation are required.
Experience with AI tools to accelerate workflows is necessary.
Fluency in both English and German is essential.
Nice-to-haves include experience with geospatial data formats like KML or SHP, familiarity with SQL for querying and manipulating datasets, and familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP and GIS-systems.
