Description:
The Infrastructure department is responsible for influencing and tracking change, providing frontline support, and delivering software-defined solutions.
The Infrastructure Data Analytics team prepares and delivers insightful data to business and technical stakeholders.
The mission is to enhance the quality of NordVPN’s products and services by providing actionable insights that lead to informed decision-making.
The team strives to support stakeholders in identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization, ultimately increasing user satisfaction with NordVPN products and services.
Main responsibilities include researching the business domain to identify key requirements and challenges, gathering, cleaning, and enhancing datasets for analysis, analyzing diverse data sources to deliver actionable insights, developing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or similar areas is required.
Candidates must have a solid understanding and working experience with Python and SQL.
Knowledge and practical experience in at least one or more dashboarding tools such as Looker, Grafana, Kibana, or Tableau is necessary.
A proven track record of working with large datasets is essential.
Experience with various data visualization and statistical analysis methods is required.
Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are important, as well as being an effective and versatile team player.
