Description:
The Data Analyst will support the improvement and quality of client data in the EMEA Region as part of a PIM migration programme.
This role will ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy from various data sources to support new product launches.
Responsibilities include the creation of data files, conducting data reviews, and performing data analysis.
The analyst will check and validate data against source systems, including ERP and PIM, and coordinate with data owners to correct any discrepancies.
Mapping and matching data between several systems is a key responsibility.
The role requires effective prioritization of workload under tight deadlines while working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with attention to detail and good presentation skills, are essential.
The position is within a dynamic eCommerce beauty retail environment, working as part of a global team for a well-known brand.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of working knowledge of data management principles and concepts is required.
Knowledge of PIM and ERP data systems is essential.
Candidates must be able to leverage multiple tools to create and maintain necessary data stewardship inputs and outputs.
A good understanding of the data lifecycle is necessary.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working autonomously and using their initiative to solve problems.
Excellent Excel skills are required.
Good communication skills with both business and technical audiences are necessary.
Experience working on eCommerce platforms serving multiple countries and markets is preferred.
Experience in the Retail Beauty/Cosmetics sector is a significant advantage.
A strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset are essential.
