Constructor is seeking a Data Analyst to join their remote team, focusing on enterprise e-commerce solutions.
The role involves developing analytical tools and dashboards for Account Executives to enhance product demos for prospective customers.
The Data Analyst will collaborate with Account Executives to fine-tune AI models, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each prospect.
The position requires working with Frontend Engineers and Account Executives to secure deals with major e-commerce brands.
The analyst will perform data exploration to understand user behavior and suggest improvements for recommendation and search systems.
The role also includes fostering team culture by organizing team-building activities and promoting a supportive environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in BI tooling for data analysis and dashboard creation for both technical and non-technical users is required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.
The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under deadlines.
A strong interest in leveraging large datasets to drive product innovation and deliver business value is essential.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with exploratory data analysis using Python (including pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries) is required; familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Presto/Athena, and Hive is a plus.
The candidate should be skilled in fast prototyping and providing analytical support in the e-commerce sector by identifying relevant features and metrics.
Effective communication tools for reporting business performance and informing cross-functional decision-making must be developed and maintained.
A minimum of three years of professional or relevant academic experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher is required.
The candidate must be available to work between 7 am and 3 pm Pacific Time to support the US-based sales team.
