Description:

Whizz is seeking a full-time Data Analyst to develop high-quality digital solutions that enhance the mobility experience.
The role is remote and involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive key business decisions.
The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Engineering, to support strategic initiatives and improve performance across the organization.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining analytical dashboards using SQL queries for custom charts and tables in Metabase, creating reports to visualize data insights for management, performing various ad hoc research and analysis, analyzing customer behavior, operational performance, and product usage trends, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs, translating business needs into technical specifications and data models, ensuring data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards, and performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
A strong working knowledge of Metabase is required.
Applicants should have a good understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Fluency in English and Russian is required.
Nice to have: Understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics, familiarity with API data sources and automation tools, and knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
