Description:

Whizz is seeking a Data Analyst to develop high-quality digital solutions that enhance the mobility experience.
This is a full-time, remote position.
The Data Analyst will transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive key business decisions.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining analytical dashboards using SQL queries for custom charts and tables in Metabase.
The role involves creating reports to visualize data insights for management and performing various ad hoc research and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
The Data Analyst will analyze customer behavior, operational performance, and product usage trends.
Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor performance is essential.
The position requires translating business needs into technical specifications and data models while ensuring data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
A strong working knowledge of Metabase is required.
Applicants should possess a good understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
Fluency in English and Russian is required.
Nice to have: Understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics, familiarity with API data sources and automation tools, and knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
