Description:

Whizz is seeking a full-time Data Analyst to work remotely.
The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive key business decisions.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining analytical dashboards using SQL queries for custom charts and tables in Metabase.
The Data Analyst will create reports to visualize data insights for management and perform various ad hoc research and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
The position requires analyzing customer behavior, operational performance, and product usage trends.
Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor performance is essential.
The Data Analyst will translate business needs into technical specifications and data models, ensuring data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
A strong working knowledge of Metabase is required.
A good understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
Nice to have: Understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics, familiarity with API data sources and automation tools, and knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
