Description:
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive our call center's decision-making processes.
This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to present data insights effectively.
Key responsibilities include gathering data from various sources, conducting detailed data analysis, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and outliers.
The Data Analyst will develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other relevant metrics using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
Monthly management reports and presentation materials will be prepared on various topics using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
The role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of imported data and collaborating with quality assurance analysts when necessary.
The Data Analyst will work with management to prioritize business and information needs and support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Responsibilities also include ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across different systems, performing data validation, and establishing data collection systems.
The candidate will identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and locate new process improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is necessary.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques is essential.
Proficiency in using statistical packages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS) for analyzing datasets is required.
Experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), and programming (e.g., XML, Javascript, ETL frameworks) is needed.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Familiarity with call center operations and metrics (e.g., average handle time, first call resolution) is a plus.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and software such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides is necessary.
Proficiency in using automation and AI is preferred.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases is essential.
The ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks and translate business requirements into non-technical terms is necessary.
Experience in managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion is required.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
The candidate must be a quick learner and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Availability for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working hours is required.
A quiet workspace conducive to video meetings and calls is necessary.
Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection of at least 25MBPS is required.
Double monitors are preferred but not required.
