• As part of our Customer Success team, you will help moving companies build reports that surface insights to help them earn more revenue and become more efficient.
• You will find gaps in their operations using data and help them level up, directly influencing the company's continued success.

Requirements:

• You must truly believe in our vision.
• You need to have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time with strong attention to detail is required.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel, along with general tech/data savviness, is essential.
• You should have master knowledge about our product to provide optimal solutions based on customer needs.
• Building custom reporting for customers using SQL (2-4 years of experience required) is necessary.
• Knowledge of APIs and restful endpoints is required.
• You will work with product and engineering teams to develop solutions to customer reporting use cases in the product and provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and proactively driving forward solutions with customers is expected.
