The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to guide decision-making across the company.
Responsibilities include building dashboards with different stakeholders, supporting the team in defining relevant success metrics, and infusing a data-driven mindset within the team.
The role may also involve establishing and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure the reliability and scalability of analytics systems.
Key responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, developing and maintaining dashboards, identifying trends and patterns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optionally designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is required, with experience in Data Engineering being a bonus.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages) is necessary.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage solutions (e.g., RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake) is essential.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Apache Kafka) is required.
A solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
