• The Data Analyst will leverage data insights to drive optimizations in game performance, enhance user experiences, and inform strategic decisions.
• Primary responsibilities include extracting and analyzing data from Roblox games using SQL queries, creating comprehensive analytics reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Key responsibilities include executing SQL queries, analyzing game metrics and player behavior, optimizing game mechanics, generating analytics reports, collaborating with various teams, designing A/B tests, ensuring data integrity, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and database management systems is necessary, along with experience in handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with Roblox Studio, Luau scripting language, and/or the Roblox platform ecosystem is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology and game mechanics is important.

Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is $30/hour to $46/hour, depending on experience.
• The role can be based in the Los Angeles office or performed remotely, with general operating hours during West Coast hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
