Description:
The Data Analyst position at CV-Library involves analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that offer valuable actionable insights in business domains.
Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, performing ad hoc analysis to address strategic business questions, monitoring and evaluating KPI and PI structures, and staying updated with emerging trends in analytics.
The role also entails developing and implementing analytical models and dashboards to support decision-making through tools and ad hoc data storytelling.
Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Environmental Sciences, or a related field is required.
Experience in data visualization using AWS QuickSight or similar BI tools to create drillable dynamic dashboards is necessary.
A minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience using Python/R is essential.
Proficiency in data mining and cleaning approaches using basic Python and R libraries like pandas, dplyr, and tidyr is required.
Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (Redshift, QuickSight, S3, Sagemaker) and experience in creating drillable dashboards are mandatory.
Experience in developing statistical models within a data science framework, knowledge of machine learning approaches and algorithms, and proficiency in SQL (or T-SQL) for querying relational databases are necessary.
Strong numeracy, statistical skills, data wrangling skills, technical, and communication skills in English are required.
Ability to work in a matrix environment, flexibility to perform various analytical activities, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
