Description:
Zscaler is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their IT Data & Strategy team, working remotely in the USA.
The role involves collaborating with various business teams, including Sales, Marketing, and HR, to understand goals and generate relevant outcomes using data and insights.
The Data Analyst will engage with partners to challenge assumptions, refine strategies, and develop future data roadmaps in collaboration with sales leadership.
Responsibilities include tracking and evaluating performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making, designing ongoing metrics, analyses, and data models to support data insights programs, and leading process and data discovery across business applications.
The position requires enhancing data flows and processes to ensure data accuracy and relevance in support of sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role within a SaaS organization.
Proficiency with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite, as well as marketing automation tools like Marketo, is required.
Knowledge of SQL and the ability to perform complex data modeling with large datasets is essential.
Experience with BI/Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or CRM Analytics is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working with diverse users to document requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications include experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts, as well as experience in Agile SDLC model building Sprint Plans.
