Remote Data Analyst – Sales & Marketing

Description:

• Zscaler is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their IT Data & Strategy team, working remotely in the USA.
• The role involves collaborating with various business teams, including Sales, Marketing, and HR, to understand goals and generate relevant outcomes using data and insights.
• The Data Analyst will engage with partners to challenge assumptions, refine strategies, and develop future data roadmaps in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Responsibilities include tracking and evaluating performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making, designing ongoing metrics, analyses, and data models to support data insights programs, and leading process and data discovery across business applications.
• The position requires enhancing data flows and processes to ensure data accuracy and relevance in support of sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role within a SaaS organization.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite, as well as marketing automation tools like Marketo, is required.
• Knowledge of SQL and the ability to perform complex data modeling with large datasets is essential.
• Experience with BI/Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or CRM Analytics is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience working with diverse users to document requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data engineering teams.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts, as well as experience in Agile SDLC model building Sprint Plans.
