Description:
The Data Analyst (The Insight Builder) role involves analyzing data to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions.
You will transform raw data into meaningful analytics and visual stories that guide business strategies and improve processes.
Collaboration with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders is essential to interpret data, create reports, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Key responsibilities include gathering, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
You will create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
The role requires providing data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies, product development, or operational improvements.
Advanced data analysis using statistical methods such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing will be performed.
You will prepare detailed reports and documentation summarizing findings, methodologies, and recommendations.
Optimizing data processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency is a key responsibility.
Staying current with industry trends and new tools in data analytics is expected.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methods is required.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, and SQL is essential, along with familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to handle, clean, and preprocess data for analysis is necessary.
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required, with a detail-oriented approach to developing data-driven solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Equivalent experience in data analysis or business intelligence may be considered.
Certifications in data analysis or relevant analytics courses are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis with hands-on experience working with large datasets is required.
Experience with cloud-based data tools or platforms is advantageous.
Experience with business or financial analysis and a demonstrated impact on business strategies is a plus.
