Description:

• Capco is expanding its team for banking clients in Brno, Czech Republic.
• The role involves being a business/data Analyst as part of an agile team focused on transformation challenges around data.
• You will work with some of the largest banks in the world on projects that aim to transform the financial services industry.
• Responsibilities include modernizing related processes, developing and optimizing state-of-the-art solutions, and managing data from business analysis to implementation.
• You will gradually take on more responsibility for your topics and lead sub-projects and smaller project teams.

Requirements:

• A successfully completed university degree is required.
• Fluency in English and German is necessary.
• Strong interest and working experience in one or more of the following areas: data analysis, working with large datasets, data quality management, business analysis, and business process optimization.
• Knowledge of agile project work and corresponding tools is preferred.
• Some initial knowledge about the financial service industry, banking products, and potentially accounting is needed.
• Candidates should be team players with good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as perseverance.
