Description:
Capco is expanding its team for banking clients in Brno, Czech Republic.
The role involves being a business/data Analyst as part of an agile team focused on transformation challenges around data.
You will work with some of the largest banks in the world on projects that aim to transform the financial services industry.
Responsibilities include modernizing related processes, developing and optimizing state-of-the-art solutions, and managing data from business analysis to implementation.
You will gradually take on more responsibility for your topics and lead sub-projects and smaller project teams.
Requirements:
A successfully completed university degree is required.
Fluency in English and German is necessary.
Strong interest and working experience in one or more of the following areas: data analysis, working with large datasets, data quality management, business analysis, and business process optimization.
Knowledge of agile project work and corresponding tools is preferred.
Some initial knowledge about the financial service industry, banking products, and potentially accounting is needed.
Candidates should be team players with good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as perseverance.
