Description:
Capio Group is seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Lead to work remotely as a full-time employee.
The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000.
The role involves providing Information Technology support to client services that currently operate on multiple systems, which duplicate data and functionality.
The Data Analyst/Lead will focus on driving process improvement and standardization to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities include translating business initiatives into analytical questions, identifying critical metrics, conducting analysis, and developing reporting.
The position requires identifying relevant datasets, cleaning data, and conducting exploratory and statistical analyses to interpret trends in complex datasets.
The Data Analyst/Lead will create visualizations and reports, define data quality needs, and implement quality monitoring.
The role involves holding requirements meetings with clients, assessing data security processes, and providing continuous support for data visualization and script development.
The Data Analyst/Lead will develop technical documentation and user guides, convene project meetings, and ensure alignment with the client’s data roadmaps.
The position also includes identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and leading the standardization of data.
Requirements:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a data analyst or in related quantitative analysis disciplines is required.
At least five (5) years of experience in electronic data analytics, design, visualization, and programming within the last ten (10) years, with three (3) years in a lead capacity.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting large scale and complex IT systems within the last ten (10) years.
Experience leading the standardization of data for at least three (3) years within the last ten (10) years is mandatory.
Candidates must have experience working with the Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal program within the last five (5) years.
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, or Engineering is required, with the possibility of substituting additional experience for education.
At least two (2) references from previous engagements of similar size and scope must be provided.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with data roadmaps and strategic planning within the last ten (10) years is necessary.
