The Data & Analytics Engineer role involves supporting business decision-making through the development of scalable data pipelines, creating data visualizations, and implementing reporting infrastructure using Snowflake, Tableau, and Python.
Responsibilities include maintaining data flows and pipelines, sourcing and building data in Snowflake, developing Snowflake notebooks, translating business requirements into specifications, managing JIRA tickets, and focusing on automation and simplification of reporting processes.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, or data science.
Experience in writing SQL queries and database operations in Snowflake is necessary.
Knowledge of Tableau dashboard creation and administration is required.
Familiarity with AWS S3 and other AWS services is a plus.
G-Suite experience is preferred, as it is used for general office work.
Exposure to GTM applications like Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and others is desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to prioritize well in a high-paced, remote environment is required.
