Description:
The Data Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes for the company's data lake/data warehouse.
This role involves implementing data orchestration tools to automate and streamline data workflows.
The engineer will work with the AI Solutions team to implement AI-enhanced processes throughout the organization.
Responsibilities include building and integrating machine learning models and data pipelines into end-to-end analytics solutions.
The position requires building and managing reverse ETL workflows to business systems such as the CRM.
The engineer will support the development of predictive models to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Comprehensive documentation for data processes and systems must be developed and maintained.
The role includes building production-ready data models and schemas using DBT to support downstream analytics.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and best practices is essential.
The engineer will manage the modern analytics tech stack to support the democratization of data and analytics through dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
Support for analysts in developing dashboards, data products, and ad hoc report studies to analyze and present data associated with GTM analytics, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision-making is also required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SQL is required.
Candidates must have proficiency in any statistical programming language, such as Python or R.
Hands-on experience building and managing ETL and rETL workflows is necessary.
A strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing, is essential.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools, such as Airflow, is required.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, such as Fivetran, is necessary.
Experience with cloud data warehouse and transformation tools, such as Snowflake and DBT, is required.
