Description:
Luxury Presence is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to join their remote team in the U.S.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ELT processes for the company's data lake/data warehouse.
Responsibilities include implementing data orchestration tools to automate and streamline data workflows and collaborating with the AI Solutions team to enhance processes across the organization.
The engineer will build and integrate machine learning models and data pipelines into end-to-end analytics solutions and manage reverse ETL workflows to business systems like CRM.
The position also requires supporting the development of predictive models for strategic and operational initiatives and maintaining comprehensive documentation for data processes and systems.
The engineer will build production-ready data models and schemas using DBT and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and best practices.
Additionally, the role involves managing the analytics tech stack to support data democratization through dashboards, reports, and predictive models, as well as supporting analysts in developing dashboards and ad hoc reports.
Requirements:
Candidates must have proficiency in SQL and any statistical programming language such as Python or R.
Hands-on experience in building and managing ETL and rETL workflows is required.
A strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing, is essential.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow and ETL/ELT tools such as Fivetran is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouse and transformation tools, including Snowflake and DBT, is required.
Nice to have skills include experience with AI workflow orchestration tools, working with entitlements and CRM integrations, and setting up large-scale integrations with Google products.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, SiSense, Sigma, or Looker is also a plus.
Candidates should be able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and partner with leadership to address business needs through analytics.
Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment supporting functions like sales, marketing, product development, or customer success is preferred.
