Description:
- Lead and mentor the Data Analytics team, set goals, and conduct reviews
- Collaborate with Senior Management to drive BI and analytics strategy
- Design and implement data solutions using business intelligence tools
- Work with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to define metrics and reports
- Develop key datasets for actionable business insights
- Analyze data using SQL and other BI systems
- Create ad-hoc queries and reports
- Monitor metrics, analyze data, and address business questions
- Review and improve Data Analytics processes
- Utilize AWS cloud technologies
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Data/BI/Analytics/Reporting roles
- 2+ years in a team management role with a technical focus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced SQL techniques
- Experience with BI solutions like QuickSight, Tableau, etc.
- Knowledge of data modeling, reporting, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with DB engines such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
- Desire to work with AWS cloud tools like Glue, QuickSight, Redshift, etc.
- Excellent English communication skills
