V2 is seeking a Data & Analytics Technical Lead to join their team in Delray Beach, FL, with options for remote work.
The role involves overseeing and managing data and analytics tracks and programs from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
The Technical Lead will lead and mentor a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities include providing technical oversight, managing project timelines, and conducting performance reviews for team members.
The position requires leading client-facing workshops to gather and refine business and technical requirements.
The Technical Lead will drive architectural discussions and develop scalable data solutions using Salesforce’s data ecosystem.
The role includes translating complex business needs into actionable technical strategies and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
The Technical Lead will architect and design data solutions utilizing Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Data Cloud, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Responsibilities also include overseeing the development of data pipelines, ETL processes, and advanced analytics dashboards.
The position requires translating requirements into user stories, managing the JIRA backlog, and performing hands-on technical development as needed.
The Technical Lead will ensure high-quality deliverables through quality assurance and peer reviews, lead solution deployment efforts, and support user acceptance testing.
The role involves providing documentation, training, and ongoing support for implemented solutions and supporting pre-sales activities.
The Technical Lead will drive innovation initiatives by leading key projects and contributing to the development of demo assets.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years in data & analytics and 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with deep technical expertise in Sales/Service Cloud and exposure to Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong SQL and Python skills (4+ years) are required, along with ETL experience (e.g., MuleSoft) for large-scale data migrations and expertise in Salesforce data modeling and architecture.
Proficiency in Tableau, CRM Analytics (3+ years), and Einstein Discovery for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and business intelligence is necessary.
Hands-on experience in data science, machine learning applications, master data management principles, and data governance (GDPR, CCPA) is required.
Candidates should have a proven ability to build advanced dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and drive strategic business decisions through analytics.
Strong project management, client engagement, and enterprise data transformation experience is essential to ensure adoption and optimization of Salesforce data solutions.
Data Cloud/Agentforce experience is preferred.
