  • The Data and Analytics Engineer will architect, build, and optimize the data infrastructure for value-based orthopedic care solutions.
  • This role involves close collaboration with clinical, operations, and product teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and actionable insights for improving patient outcomes.
  • The position requires a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful information that drives decision-making while balancing technical rigor with business impact.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical field.
  • A proven track record in designing and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses is essential.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python (or similar languages), cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data integration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt) is required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data (EHR systems, claims data, HIPAA compliance) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities are necessary, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) being beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset for taking ownership of data initiatives and balancing strategic goals with day-to-day execution is important.
  • Comfort in evaluating data-related vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring vendor performance is expected.
