Remote Data Architect

Description:

• The Data Architect at ARETUM will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data solutions for clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting.
• Responsibilities include developing and implementing data migration strategies, establishing tooling for maintaining an external data analytics repository, architecting technical components for managing digital artifacts, supporting software engineering services for cloud-native solutions, creating and updating data management plans, capturing detailed data element requirements, facilitating product requirements sessions, and participating in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in data modeling aligned with business needs.
• Should possess 5+ years of experience in designing data warehouses and data analytics systems.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Oracle databases for reviewing and analyzing physical database schemas is required.
• Need 4+ years of experience in planning and implementing complex data migrations.
• Must have 3+ years of experience managing large volumes of data in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with software engineering services and 2+ years of experience in front-end development, server-based components, API components, build-deploy automation, automated testing, functional testing, and performance/load testing scripts is necessary.
• Should have 2+ years of experience with Agile practices and SCRUM development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating with stakeholders.
