Description:

Lead the design and implementation of a robust Brazil Data Platform in a remote work setting, collaborating with the Global Team to establish a new Data Architecture.
Actively participate in solution discussions with clients, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to both the CI&T team and the Client, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions to streamline the deployment process.
Deploy and manage resources in the Azure cloud, adhering to predefined architecture standards and best practices.
Ensure that all data solutions prioritize security and performance, aligning with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Design and implement security and governance mechanisms to facilitate transparent data usage for both business users and advanced data teams within the Brazil operation.

Proven experience in Data Architecture and deploying environments in Azure cloud.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git and Source Code Management (SCM).
Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, and Databricks.
Familiarity with setting up observability tools and data catalogs for efficient data management.
Expertise in CI/CD tools and methodologies for automated deployment and testing.
Strong background in DevOps practices and Software Engineering principles.
