Description:

Join CaptivateIQ’s Integration Solutions team as a Data Architect focused on building and supporting integrations between our platform and critical external systems.
This is a customer-facing role centered on implementation, not core product or platform engineering.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation of advanced integrations, serving as a subject matter expert for integration escalations, partnering with various teams on discovery and continuous improvement, troubleshooting integrations directly with customers, setting up automations and native connectors, contributing to documentation and best practices, staying current with product changes, and scripting to automate manual workflows.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on integration experience, including design, implementation, support, or related technical work is required.
Strong SQL skills for writing efficient queries and managing table lifecycles are necessary.
Familiarity with REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, error handling, and data integration is essential.
Experience with semi-structured data formats such as JSON and CSV is required.
Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for automation and workflow support is needed.
A clear, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to diverse audiences is essential.
A proactive, adaptable team player with a solution-oriented mindset and strong ownership is required.
