Description:

• DoseSpot is a PE-backed start-up and a leader in the electronic prescribing software market, seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst.
• The role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Responsibilities include leveraging Power BI to develop and maintain dashboards, optimize reporting, and support strategic decision-making across product, operations, and revenue teams.
• The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and contribute to data-driven innovation in healthcare technology.
• Key tasks include data analysis and reporting, Power BI development and data visualization, collaboration with stakeholders, and performing ad-hoc analysis and research.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI data analysis, reporting, and data visualization is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Candidates must have demonstrated experience implementing reports or dashboards for stakeholders.
• Expertise in Power BI or an equivalent BI tool is essential.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally while also being able to work independently is important.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving and business decision-making is expected.
