Description:
We are a fast-growing, mission-driven B-corp marketplace for active outdoor adventures, seeking our first dedicated Data & Business Intelligence Analyst.
This role is designed to help unlock deeper insights into our business, customers, and growth.
The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in high-growth environments, love data, and are passionate about impact business and the outdoors.
You will work alongside our Data Engineer and collaborate closely with our CFO, COO, and Head of Performance Marketing.
Your responsibilities will include building core dashboards, reporting capabilities, and analytical foundations to guide commercial and operational decisions.

Requirements:
You must have at least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth B2C or marketplace businesses.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is required.
Hands-on experience in building dashboards and reports using Metabase, Looker, or similar BI tools is essential.
You should be comfortable working with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery) and collaborating with data engineers.
A strong understanding of e-commerce or marketplace KPIs, customer cohorts, funnel analysis, and marketing performance metrics is necessary.
You must be able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams, distilling complex data into actionable insights and clear visualizations.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to shape a data culture from the ground up.
A personal passion for adventure travel, sustainability, or impact-led businesses is preferred.
