The Data Conversion Developer will report to the Data Conversion Manager and will support implementation, support, and sales teams by creating innovative solutions and optimizing data conversion processes.
Responsibilities include leading data conversion development for internal and client projects, working with business analysts to plan and manage data migration work items, investigating various source database structures, and preparing and maintaining conversion environments and scripts for releases.

Requirements:

Candidates must have development experience with Python, ideally with the pandas module.
Development experience with relational databases is required.
Experience in data conversion, ETL processes, process scripting, and automation is necessary.
A solid understanding of system design and analysis is expected.
A creative approach to problem-solving and learning is essential.
