Clipboard Health is a fast-growing tech startup focused on connecting healthcare professionals with facilities through an app-based marketplace.
The Data Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the entire data analytics stack, including data ingestion, transformation, and BI tools.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to create new data pipelines and ensure internal customers can access the data they need.
The Data Engineer will use tools such as Hevo for data ingestion, Snowflake for data warehousing, dbt for transformation, and Metabase and Hex for business intelligence.

Requirements:

Candidates must be comfortable working with Git and the command line.
A track record of writing SQL transformations to drive business insights is required.
Clear and direct communication skills about complex, technical topics are essential.
A strong understanding of data warehouse architecture, analytic databases, and dimension design concepts is necessary.
Experience building data models in dbt is required.
Familiarity with an ELT tool, such as Airbyte or Fivetran, is needed.
