The company is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Data Engineer to contribute to the growth and success of the Data & Analytics Team.
The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data architecture that supports business needs, including scalable and cost-effective data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
Responsibilities include managing the BizAway ETL process and implementing data models to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
The role requires collaboration with other departments, such as Product and Engineering, to ensure data quality, reliability, and availability.
The Data Engineer will also ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed, along with comprehensive documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in data modeling and the implementation of data warehouses and data lakes using technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and S3 is required.
Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages, such as Python, R, or Java, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS, is essential.
Previous experience working with NoSQL databases, with a preference for MongoDB, is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates must have English proficiency at a written and spoken level of B2.
