Description:
As a Data Analyst at Air Apps, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive business insights and optimize product performance.
You will create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to help teams make informed decisions and improve user experience.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with visualization tools to turn complex data into actionable insights.
You will analyze user behavior, product performance, and key business metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
You will create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
You will collect, clean, and structure large datasets to ensure accuracy and usability.
You will define and track KPIs for marketing, product, and business performance.
You will work with SQL, Python, or R to extract, analyze, and manipulate data.
You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights.
You will conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to improve product features and user engagement.
You will identify bottlenecks and opportunities in user journeys and customer funnels.
You will present findings in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders and leadership teams.
You will stay up to date with industry trends, analytics best practices, and emerging data tools.
Requirements:
You should have around 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is required.
You should have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Python or R for data analysis are necessary.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis is essential.
Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar user analytics tools is required.
You should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake is necessary.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline optimization is a plus.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects.
