Description:

  • As a Data Analyst at Air Apps, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive business insights and optimize product performance.
  • You will create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to help teams make informed decisions and improve user experience.
  • This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with visualization tools to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • You will analyze user behavior, product performance, and key business metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • You will create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • You will collect, clean, and structure large datasets to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • You will define and track KPIs for marketing, product, and business performance.
  • You will work with SQL, Python, or R to extract, analyze, and manipulate data.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • You will conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to improve product features and user engagement.
  • You will identify bottlenecks and opportunities in user journeys and customer funnels.
  • You will present findings in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends, analytics best practices, and emerging data tools.

Requirements:

  • You should have around 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is required.
  • You should have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Python or R for data analysis are necessary.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis is essential.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar user analytics tools is required.
  • You should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline optimization is a plus.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects.
